The Happiness Center is open all days from 7:30 AM to 9 PM.
You don’t need to bring anything special. Just wear comfortable clothing and follow any pre-session instructions given during booking.
For Ayurvedic consultations and pulse diagnosis, it’s best to come on an empty stomach or maintain a gap of 3.5 hours after your last meal
We offer in-person treatments at our center, and some services like Ayurvedic consultations and dietary guidance can be done online.
